Benzene in your soda, but it's OK
FDA is breaking its fat neck to spin this news in favor of the hugely profitable soft drink industry. Money first, people last. Even though the benzene levels in soda are higher than the FDA says are safe for drinking water, the FDA insists there is no safety concern. Yes, this is a bizarre contradiction. This government isn't looking out for us, folks. The health, safety and welfare of the American people is at the bottom of these morons' agenda. But it probably doesn't matter since so many people are already so addicted to the sugar and caffeine that they couldn't stop dringing this crap if they wanted to.
